Biography
From Experience to Expression
Douglas Owusu Adomakoh is an author, entrepreneur, husband, and father whose writing is shaped by faith, family, purpose, leadership, and the courage to rebuild. His journey began with experiences that deeply influenced the way he sees life. Growing up in a broken home, Douglas witnessed family difficulties from a young age and made a personal commitment to build a different kind of future for his own family. That desire to rebuild became a central theme in his writing.
His firs book, The Nehemiah Principle, draws inspiration from the biblical story of Nehemiah and explores rebuilding broken lives, families, purpose, and dreams. His second book, Purpose in Babylon, examines how to remain grounded in purpose and identity while navigating challenging environments. Douglas is building a growing body of work designed to inspire readers to live intentionally, stand firm in their values, and leave a meaningful legacy. His message is simple: Build. Believe. Become. Leave a legacy.
He lives with his family, an unreasonable number of notebooks, and a cat who has strong opinions about deadlines.
